Women's Leadership Core (WLC) is a ministry comprised of wives of Southside Tabernacle Baptist Church (SSTBC) Elders and wives of Southside Tabernacle Baptist Church (SSTBC) Deacons.

• Regularly and actively participate in the monthly SSTBC Leadership Prayer Meetings
• Ensures that all items needed for baptisms are available and in place for baptisms
• Helps encourage sisters-in-Christ in the church body
• Leads the annual Women's Bible Conference
• Leads the annual Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Drive
• Hosts the annual women's Christmas gift exchange and fellowship
